It caused frustration as I was confused and I ordered on Wallis site but Debenhams was against the item
I didn't get reply from Debenhams so returned to Wallis but was apprehensive if it would be dealt with and I would get refund. It wasn't clear apologies if me but do t think so

I ordered 3x Dresses and 4x Coats on 27th October from Wallis to choose from for my Mothers funeral and paid for next day delivery, one coat arrived next day, two more and three dresses arrived after the event on 31st October and one remaining coat hasnt arrived at all.
I have reported this numerous times and have been contacted back to say they will get back to me which they dont.
I have returned everything Ive received which is six items. Its a lot of money to have outstanding. Im sorry to say I wont be ordering anything else from this company again, can you advise a very upset and disappointed customer.

- - Tried for six weeks to get a £30 refund for a dress returned to Wallis; two complaints raised, emails ignored, and no acknowledgement.
I have gone to great length over a six week period to try to get a refund for a dress I returned to Wallis without success? Despite my raising two complaints they customer services I am no nearer to getting my £30 refund.
They armed now ignoring my many e mails and hope I go away! I wont! I already have in great length too?
I have not even received an acknowledgement to my complaint? Disgusted with the Company!

Failure to return item!
- - Purchased a Wallis dress, tried to return it per online instructions.
- - QR code exists but no return label or address; cannot contact Wallis.
Having purchased a dress from Wallis which isnt suitable, I have tried to return it following their online instructions! However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a returns label!!
I have tried numerous times with the help of others to no avail!!
I am able to download the QR code for the post office but NO label and NO returns address!!
It is also impossible to contact Wallis have tried emailing no luck and no phone numbers!!
Am EXTREMELY disappointed! Will not shop with Wallis again!!
